The following information concerns internationals working in Switzerland and local staff employed by permanent missions and NGOs :
- Labor law concerning employees recruited locally by permanent missions, unless the law of another country, as stipulated in a written employment contract, is applicable (law of the sending state).
- Access to the Swiss labor market for family members living in Switzerland who hold a FDFA legitimation card, entitled to a “Ci” permit.
- Information for NGOs domiciled in the canton of Geneva wishing to recruit a foreign national (work permit and visas).
